- Kit includes two shackle tabs (one for driver side one for passenger side), Eight Grade-8 half-inch nuts and bolts, two bumper cover plates. Mounting hardware for the bumper cover plates is reused from your side wings removed from the bumper. D-RINGS NOT INCLUDED!
- Build: The shackle tabs measure 3/4" thick constructed from A572 Grade-50 Steel welded to 3/8" thick steel base plate with two 1/4" gussets on each side of the shackle tab. Indestructible is an understatement. Holes are drilled to 15/16" for 7/8" pins.
- ASTM A572 Grade 50 is considered a "workhorse" grade and is widely used in many applications. Steel mills produce channel and heavy beams with Grade 50. It is commonly used in structural applications, heavy construction equipment, building structures, heavy duty anchoring systems, truck frames, poles, liners, conveyors, boom sections, structural steel shapes, and applications that require high strength per weight ratio.
